Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years CNC experience or formal CNC training preferred.
• Experience reading blueprints and specifications.
• Ability to run CNC equipment in one cell and perform setup changes.

Responsibilities

• Machine operation: load/tend runs and perform one-step operations.
• Set up tools, change jaws, and touch off as required.
• Read blueprints, job orders, and tooling instructions.
• Verify part conformance to drawings and tolerances.
• Perform simple inspections with calipers and micrometers.
• Follow ISO 9001:2015, 5S, and TPM practices.
