Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a lawful US person with ITAR eligibility.
• Must be able to possess explosives under the Safe Explosives Act as required by ATF.
• Experience operating CNC machinery and maintaining precision.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings and GD&T to produce parts from stock to finished product.
• Operate CNC Lathes and Vertical Machining Centers to hold tight tolerances.
• Adjust offsets to stay within drawing tolerances.
• Monitor tool wear and document Tool Wear Sheets and Inspection Logs.
• Follow standard work instructions and CMS in-process inspection.
• Ensure output meets required quantities and cycle times.
