Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, 3+ years direct CNC experience or formal CNC training with 1+ years post-training.
• Experience reading blueprints.
• Ability to run CNC equipment in one cell and adjust tooling and programs based on quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Machine operation: load and tend runs of parts and perform one-step operations.
• Position and secure tools, verify conformance to drawings and tolerances.
• Read blueprints and tooling instructions; follow ISO 9001:2015 quality processes.
• Detect malfunctions and adjust machine controls; perform simple inspections with calipers/micrometers.
