Custom Marine Inc is seeking a skilled 2nd Shift CNC Machinist in Neenah, WI. You will set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts, read blueprints, and ensure adherence to quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong machining process knowledge, attention to detail, and effective communication. Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package accompany the position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience operating CNC Vertical and Horizontal Mills (Doosan, Mazak, Haas, Yam or SMG).
• Ability to program Mills by entering instructions and offsets; Proving part programs is a plus.
• MasterCam programming knowledge is a definite plus.
• Blueprint reading and tolerance interpretation.
• Ability to follow QA procedures and maintain safety.

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts and components.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications and tolerances for accuracy.
• Follow quality assurance procedures to ensure part conformity.
• Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
