Custom Marine Inc in Neenah, WI is seeking a skilled 2nd Shift CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The role involves setting up and operating CNC Vertical and Horizontal Mills to produce precision parts, with a focus on quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience, proficiency with Doosan, Mazak, Haas, Yam or SMG machines, and blueprint reading skills. MasterCam familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience operating CNC Vertical and Horizontal Mills.
• Ability to program Mills by entering instructions, including zero and reference points, setting tool registers, offsets, compensation and proving part programs is a plus.
• Knowledge of programming Mills using MasterCam is a definite plus.
• Sound knowledge of blueprint reading and understanding specifications and tolerances.
• Ability to follow Quality assurance procedures and processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations

About this position

We are seeking a skilled 2nd Shift CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team at our Neenah, WI facility.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The CNC Machinist will play a crucial role in ensuring quality and accuracy in our manufacturing operations.
