Job summary

Spirax-Sarco Ltd.'s Durex Industries unit is seeking an experienced CNC Haas Specialist for the 2nd shift to join our team. You will program, set up, and troubleshoot Haas lathe CNC machines using OSP controls, and support production on Haas Lathe Machines.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years hands-on Haas CNC experience, strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills, and proficiency in CAD/CAM software. You will develop setup sheets, tooling docs, and machining standards while driving

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Haas CNC experience.
• Proficient with Haas Controls and editing G-Code.
• Strong GD&T, blueprint reading, and metrology fundamentals.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.

The Role:

As the 2nd Shift CNC Specialist, you will join our Durex Industries and support...We are seeking an experienced CNC Haas Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience programming, setting up, operating, and supporting HassCNC machine tools and OSP Controls. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical knowledge of multi-axis machining, including milling, turning, and mill-turn applications, and will play a key role in optimizing manufacturing operations, improving process efficiency, and supporting production teams.

This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to develop standardized machining documentation while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, troubleshoot, and optimize Hass Lathe CNC machine tools using OSP Controls.
• Support production on Haas Lathe Machines.
• Develop and improve CNC machining processes for turning and mill-turn applications.

Generate and maintain:

• Setup documentation
• Tooling lists
• Work instructions
• Standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Process documentation and machining standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Haas CNC machine tools.
• Extensive experience using Haas Controls
• Ability to edit and execute programs in G-Code
• Ability to create setup sheets, tooling documentation, work instructions, and machining standards.
• Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and precision measuring equipment.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience supporting high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.
• Ability to lead process improvement initiatives and mentor production personnel.

Pay Range: $28 - $36 (+15% Shift Differential)
