Responsibilities

• Perform changeovers to new jobs as needed.
• Touch off tools and change tool offsets to ensure quality parts.
• Inspect and replace damaged tooling.
• Load programs for parts to be run.
• Properly load and unload parts into CNC machines.
• Check parts using metrology equipment and GD&T.
• Qualify good and bad parts and sort accordingly.
• Train operators as needed.
• Maintain positive relationships with CNC Operators and Assembly personnel.
• Help reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Log time accurately into ERP.
