Job summary

Valley Craft Industries in Lake City, MN is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist for 2nd shift to drive production of our metal storage and material-handling products. You will operate CNC equipment, perform setups, edit offsets, select tooling, and inspect parts to print specifications on Haas and Fanuc controls.

This full-time role on a 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM schedule offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, a 4-day work week, overtime opportunities, PTO, nine holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

Experience operating CNC equipment.
Ability to read CAD drawings and blueprints.
Familiarity with Haas and Fanuc controls.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC equipment and execute setups.
Edit, make offsets, and tool changes on CNC equipment.
Select and find tooling required for jobs.
Do in-process inspection of parts to print specification.
Make prototypes and medium production runs.
Work on CNC turning and vertical milling centers.
