Job summary

Poclain Hydraulics North America, based in Sturtevant, Wisconsin, seeks a skilled CNC Machining Technician for 2nd shift to set up and operate CNC centers, read blueprints, and ensure tight tolerances on high-precision parts. Qualifications

• Experience setting up and operating CNC machines.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Strong troubleshooting and quality-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machining centers, including turning, grinding, and heat-treating equipment.
• Independently change tooling and adjust offsets to maintain accuracy.
• Read drawings, inspect parts with precision tools, and document results.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area per 5S standards.
