Job summary

Poclain Hydraulics in Sturtevant, Wisconsin, is seeking an Assembly Technician for 2nd shift (2:45 pm–11:15 pm). You’ll assemble hydraulic motors and subcomponents from engineering drawings using torque wrenches and powered tools, while keeping quality standards high.

You’ll read instructions in English, perform in-process inspections, record data, and maintain a clean, safe 5S workspace on the line. This role requires good manual dexterity and focus.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to follow drawings.
• Experience interpreting blueprints and assembly work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble hydraulic components to engineering specs on 2nd shift.
