The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, and strong blueprint reading; Lean manufacturing experience is a plus. Temp-to-hire opportunity with extensive on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multiple machines (conventional or CNC) with minimal supervision, handling complex parts.
• Select feeds, speeds, and tooling to ensure product quality.
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting and improve production efficiencies.
• Ensure required materials and tools are available for operations.
• Participate in Lean Enterprise, Quality, Safety, and Productivity initiatives.
• Operate multiple machines to help reduce labor costs.
