Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent blueprint reading skills.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical background helpful.
• Lean manufacturing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multiple machines (conventional or CNC) on varied complex parts with close tolerances; work with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure material and tooling are available.
• Support Lean, Quality, Safety and productivity initiatives.
