Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience preferred; certification provided by Carpenter Co.
• Shipping/receiving or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic computer, reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Overtime, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load and check trucks correctly.
• Operate a forklift safely.
• Follow all safety rules and stacking procedures.
• Use loading tickets and manifests to verify shipments.
• Enter and track inventory information in the computer system.
