Job summary

Crystal Group, in Cedar Rapids, IA, is seeking a Chassis Assembly worker for our on-site manufacturing line. You will build mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and power supply assemblies following engineered drawings and work instructions, using various hand tools and equipment.

The role emphasizes quality, teamwork, and the ability to work with engineering on design and documentation issues while maintaining a strong focus on safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• Must have a GED or high school diploma.
• Minimum 2+ years of mechanical experience.
• US Person status required.
• IPC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical assemblies per drawings.
• Assemble power supply assemblies.
• Verify assemblies meet quality standards per drawings.
• Operate hand tools, electric drivers, test equipment and soldering irons.
• Collaborate with engineering on design/documentation issues.
• Maintain safety and quality on the line.
