Job summary

Crystal Group in Cedar Rapids, IA seeks a 2nd Shift Assembler, Wire Harness, to assemble and install wiring systems for automotive, aerospace, and industrial electronics. You will follow detailed specifications, inspect work for safety and reliability, and collaborate with engineers to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Understanding basic electrical principles and circuits.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring schematics and blueprints for wire harness designs.
• Ability to identify wiring issues and implement effective solutions quickly.
• Testing and Troubleshooting.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time to meet production deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harnesses according to detailed specifications and blueprints, ensuring correct installation and secure connections.
• Perform quality control checks throughout the assembly process to maintain high standards and prevent defects.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
