Job summary

Crystal Group, a 100% employee-owned company, seeks a Chassis Assembler to start the main production line by constructing mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and power supply assemblies according to engineered drawings. You will use specialized equipment to assemble, modify, and test parts to meet quality standards.

The role requires following work instructions, collaborating with engineering on design issues, and delivering quality products on schedule in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• GED/High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2+ years of mechanical experience.
• Must be a US Person as defined by policy.
• IPC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical assemblies as directed by drawings and instructions.
• Assemble power supply assemblies.
• Verify finished products meet quality standards per drawings.
• Manage time effectively to meet production schedules.
• Collaborate with engineering on design/documentation for manufacturability and quality.
• Operate tools and production equipment.
