Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator- CDL for the 2nd shift in Fremont, NE. Base pay is $26.40/hour plus a $1.00/hour shift differential, with a $500 signing bonus at 30 days and another $500 at 6 months.

The role involves forklift operation, inbound/outbound coordination, packing/loading, cycle counts, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse. CDL is required and forklift certification is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of work experience in any industry.
• Must possess a valid Commercial Drivers (CDL) License.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others.
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly.
• Processes work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and staging the order for delivery.
• Able to multi-task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Successful forklift certification required; operate Shuttle Truck and drive on public roadways.
