Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator in Fremont, NE to join our Purina Animal Nutrition warehousing team. You will perform front-line processes, coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries, pack and forklift final products, and help maintain a safe, clean work area.

The role requires a responsible, detail-oriented individual with basic math and computer skills, the ability to read and follow instructions, and a willingness to learn new warehousing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6+ months of work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly
• Processes work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink-wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery
• Able to multi-task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast-paced environment
• Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area
• Successful forklift certification required
