Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator for 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM) in its Omnium-related operations.

You will support safe movement, storage, and shipment of materials and finished goods, learning receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, loading/unloading, and forklift operation. The role requires basic computer and math skills, reading/writing English, and a willingness to learn, with a 22.25 USD hourly wage plus a $1 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year or more of work experience in any industry.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow instructions in English.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Complies with safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others.
• Receives, stores, moves, and ships materials and finished products safely and accurately.
• Loads and unloads trucks while following all warehouse and safety procedures.
• Operates forklifts and other material handling equipment as trained and authorized.
• Assists with inventory control activities including cycle counts and product tracking.
• Able to multi-task and keep up with operational demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensures all quality standards and standard operating procedures are followed during warehouse operations.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Collaborates and follows the instructions of Leads and Management to accomplish daily work assignments.
• Other duties as assigned.
