Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator - CDL for the 3rd shift (6:00 PM–6:00 AM). You will operate a forklift, coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries, assist with packing and staging, and support cycle counts in a fast-paced warehouse.

CDL is required and safety is a priority. Eligible for a $500 sign-on at 30 days and another $500 at 6 months. This role is part of Land O'Lakes’ warehousing team, offering opportunities to grow skills in forklift operations, inventory processes, and

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
1 year of work experience in any industry.
Basic computer and math skills.
Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions.
Willingness to learn new skills and troubleshoot.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Be able to qualify for driving tractor trailers CDL required.

Responsibilities

Complies with safety processes and enforces safety practices.
Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes.
Processes work orders by selecting products, palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and staging for delivery.
Multi-tasks and keeps up with warehousing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Ensures standard operating procedures are followed.
Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Successful forklift certification required.
