Job summary

C&S Wholesale Services, LLC is seeking a Dispatcher to serve as the primary contact for a group of professional drivers, mainly Class A CDL holders. You will dispatch loads, assign equipment, and coordinate to meet daily workload while prioritizing safety and prompt issue resolution.

The position is full-time on 2nd shift with a flexible schedule, located in the United States. Compensation is around $20 per hour with benefits from day one. Travel is not required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in a high paced and dynamic environment with dispatching experience required.

Responsibilities

• Review routing and scheduling plan for the shift; dispatch routes and relay information to drivers.
• Communicate daily transportation operations; update customer portal when applicable.
• Engage with driver workforce; elevate issues to management with proposed solutions.
