Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is assisting our manufacturing client in Fort Atkinson, WI, seeking Assemblers to join 1st shift teams. You will read job orders and schematics to assemble cables and electrical components using hand tools and air tools, with very high attention to detail.

This is a temporary position with the opportunity for permanent hire. Responsibilities include cutting and assembling cables, building harness systems per schematics, and tying wires at designated points.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to accurately use measuring and hand tools.
• Basic math skills.
• Wire harness assembly experience.

Responsibilities

• Cut and assemble cable using crimping and wiring striping tools.
• Build complex cable and harness systems per schematics and work orders.
• Wrap and tie wires at designated points.
