Job summary

• Suggest facility or process improvements when appropriate.
• Observe and report unusual site security activity.
• Report food safety or sanitation concerns immediately.

Duties

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Load, seal, and complete all paperwork for outbound truckloads of finishedproducts.
• Ensure loads are maximized without exceeding legal weight limits on all tractor-trailer combinations.
• Assist the Shift Miller as needed with operational tasks.
• Complete assigned cleaning and general maintenance duties.
• Support the packing operation when necessary.
• Perform job functions without causing damage to company property.
• Ensure alignment with the shipping schedule to meet deadlines.
• Proactively suggest facility or process improvements.
• Observe and report unusual activity related to site security.
• Report any food safety or sanitation concerns immediately.
• Activelyparticipate in workplace safety and food safety training.
• Perform additional tasks or responsibilities as required by leadership.

Physical Demands

Physically able to perform all requirements including but not limited to:

• Ability to walk stairs and climb up and down bulk trailers during a 9-hour shift.
• Perform general cleaning duties throughout the facility.
• Assist with general maintenance and minor repair tasks.
• Ability to lift and pack sacks up to 100 lbs.
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts and industrial equipment.
• Frequent exposure to airborne particles, flour dust, and vibrations.
• Occasional exposure to hot, cold, and/or humid environments.
• May occasionally work in environments where exposure to certain chemicals or electrical components is possible. All necessary safety protocols and protective equipment are provided .
• Consistently loud working conditions typical of a milling and shipping facility.
