Job summary

Klosterman-Baking-Company is seeking a Depot Loader for the regular full-time shift in Dayton, OH. You will breakdown and distribute product loads, unload and reload transports, and ensure accurate routing and stock rotation across routes.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to work overnight, and reliability in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Background checks and drug screening are required, with potential for growth in a team-focused bakery distribution setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must pass a drug screen.
• Candidate must be able to lift heavy objects repeatedly.
• Capacity to work overnight in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Break down and distribute product loads to proper routes and make adjustments where necessary.
• Ensure appropriate products are to each route in a timely and orderly fashion.
• Unload product from daily transports.
• Reload transport with empty trays.
• Removes substandard product when necessary.
• Separate loads according to the load sheets.
• Properly rotate stock product evenly to routes.
• Add or cut overages & shortages between routes.
• Keep record of stock product.
• Record all overages and shortages from each bakery.

• Keep record of stock product
• Record all overages and shortages from each bakery

• Must have a valid Driver Licenses
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Candidate must be able to lift heavy objects repeatedly
• Previous experience in a warehouse position (Proffered)
• Ability to handle physical workload
