Responsibilities

• Ensure loads are maximized without exceeding legal weight limits on tractor-trailer combinations.
• Assist the Shift Miller with operational tasks as needed.
• Complete assigned cleaning and general maintenance duties.
• Support the packing operation when necessary.
• Follow safety protocols and report issues promptly.
• Align activities with the shipping schedule to meet deadlines.
• Suggest facility or process improvements when appropriate.
• Observe and report unusual site security activity.
• Report food safety or sanitation concerns immediately.
