Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull tooling and materials according to specifications for braider machines.
• Inspect tooling and track materials using Braider Logs.
• Set up machines per specifications (braid ring height, tube guides, decks, etc.).
• Measure and record OD and pitch on process charts.
• Run braided hose through wash tank and stage for inspection.
• Keep work area clean and orderly; follow 5S practices.
• Follow safety regulations and quality guidelines.
• Report production issues to the Direct Lead.
• Perform duties of equal or lower classification.
