Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to repair and rebuild braider and winder equipment. You will clean, inspect, diagnose, and assemble assemblies, while applying safety practices and documenting repairs.

The role requires basic math skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a team. Responsibilities include fabrication of carrier and shuttle components, keeping spare parts organized, and coordinating with Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Experience: Production work preferred but not required.
• Proven mechanical aptitude and troubleshoot ability.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with maintenance/engineering.

Responsibilities

• Clean, disassemble, inspect and assemble braider and winder components.
• Perform repair and preventative maintenance on braiders and winders.
• Fabricate and rebuild braider carrier, shuttle, rotor, and axle parts.
• Adhere to safety practices while performing duties.
• Maintain repair logs and requisition parts as needed.
• Work overtime including extended shifts and weekends to meet needs.
