Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a Box Room Associate for the 2nd shift at the Moultrie, GA plant. The role involves assembling boxes, unloading from trucks with a forklift, and delivering materials to the box room while maintaining safety and compliance with NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines.

The ideal candidate will lift up to 60 lbs, stand for long periods, and work nights, weekends, and holidays as required. PPE must be worn and safety policies followed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Relative poultry industry experience preferred.
• Basic math functions and skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assemble boxes by hand or with a box machine.
• Unload unmade boxes from truck using forklift.
• Deliver boxes to box room and maintain cleanliness of the area.
• Follow lockout/tagout when performing light maintenance.
• Wear PPE and comply with safety policies.
