Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC's Collins Plant in Mississippi seeks a Shipping Associate for the 2nd shift. You will manually transport product, pallets and cages, and complete required paperwork while supporting inventory control and shipping readiness.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work unsupervised and self-motivate.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Commitment to safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Transport product using hand carts and pallet jacks; follow safety protocols.
• Ensure product is labeled, stacked and wrapped for shipping.
• Scan and track pallets from production to cooler; verify paperwork.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Perform duties in compliance with company policies and regulations.
