Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Order packaging material from storage as needed.
• Visually inspect boxes, cartons, and other packaging for defects.
• Ensure proper sizing of product containers.
• Load material onto machines to prevent line stoppages.
• Observe equipment and adjust to meet specs.
• Perform net weight checks and adjust as needed.
• Communicate changes to Production Supervisor or others.
• Inspect packaging and seals to ensure compliance.
• Use proper packaging materials for each product.
• Maintain wrap operations and prevent downtime from jams.
• Ensure machines have required materials and logbooks.
• Complete paperwork clearly and accurately.
