Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Machine Operator for its York, PA (Farmbrook) plant on a 2nd shift, 3pm–11pm. The role involves operating blow molding machines and ensuring safe, efficient production of high-quality containers.

You will monitor materials, perform basic setup changes, and support continuous improvement efforts. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in manufacturing, strong attendance, and solid communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with supervisors, maintenance,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in manufacturing required.
• Regular, predictable, and punctual attendance essential.
• Effective verbal and written communication with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work with pressure, meet deadlines and stay positive.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks per instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic blow molding machines and inline equipment to produce containers safely and with high quality.
• Perform basic processing adjustments, mold changes, and color changes as needed.
• Monitor resin handling, dryers, and color systems for proper processing conditions.
• Complete required documentation in a timely, orderly manner.
• Assist in training new Operators and support maintenance personnel.
