Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Machine Operator based in Lakeland for the 2nd shift (2:42pm–11:00pm). The role centers on operating plastic blow molding machines and inline equipment to produce containers safely, efficiently, and with high quality.

You will follow safety and GMP policies, perform mold and color changes, monitor materials, and perform basic machine adjustments. The position requires at least 2 years in manufacturing and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic blow molding machines and inline equipment safely.
• Make necessary adjustments or minor repairs to ensure quality containers.
• Follow safety, health, quality GMP and company policies.
• Perform mold, insert and color changes on the line.
• Conduct basic processing to improve efficiency and reduce scrap.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with shift supervisor.
• Assist in training new Operators.
• Limited travel may be required.
