Job summary

Chiyoda Usa Corporation is seeking a motivated Blow Mold Technician for our Greencastle, IN facility. The role focuses on operating blow mold presses, inspecting parts, and assembling products while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will read and follow standard work instructions, perform routine maintenance, and keep accurate production logs. The ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork, reliability, and strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred, but not required.
• Good hand/eye dexterity and ability to cross-train
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Standing and/or walking for extended periods
• Perform repetitive motion activities
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow written work instructions
• Experience in using diverse types of manufacturing machinery and tools
• Experience in plastic injection molding environment a plus, but not required
• Must be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic team environment
• Self-motivated with results-driven approach
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Follow escalation rules
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities

• Follow all Environmental and Safety Rules
• Read and follow Standard Work Instructions
• Complete quality inspection of parts
• Operation of Blow Mold Presses
• Perform assembly of product as directed
• Complete minor maintenance of presses.
• Follow established procedures to reject nonconforming products
• Complete daily production activity log
• Processing machines
• Maintain a clean work area
• Move finished product
• Other duties as assigned
