Job summary

Altium Packaging in Berwick, PA is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:30 pm – 12:00 am) to operate blow-mold, PET, and injection molding equipment and support packaging. You will troubleshoot, perform minor maintenance, and ensure GMP compliance to keep the line running efficiently.

Responsibilities include quality inspections, process adjustments, and documentation of daily production activity.

Qualifications

• Math skills are required for measurements and quality checks.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
• Blow mold experience is a plus for this role.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold, PET, and injection molding machines to produce bottles.
• Troubleshoot minor process issues and perform basic maintenance.
• Follow GMP, keep work area clean, and document daily production reports.
• Inspect bottles for quality, perform weights and checks, and adjust as needed.
• Escalate abnormalities and ensure correct labeling and packaging per requirements.
• Assist with safety practices and overtime as needed.
