Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift in Franklin, MA. You will operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines and related equipment to produce quality bottles, while following GMPs and safety policies.

Responsibilities include monitoring production, performing inspections, documenting production reports, and assisting with minor maintenance. A strong focus on quality and teamwork is required, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience is required.
• Experience with blow molding is required.

Responsibilities

• Operates blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to ensure production of quality bottles.
• Performs bottle inspections and quality checks.
• Maintains safe work practices and uses PPE according to safety policies.
• Troubleshoots minor process problems and performs basic maintenance on equipment.
• Records daily production reports including rejects and line efficiency.
• Supports packaging and labeling per customer requirements.
