Job summary

Altium Packaging in Berwick, PA is seeking a Machine Operator to run blow-mold, PET and injection molding machines and related equipment. You will troubleshoot process problems, perform minor maintenance, and follow Good Manufacturing Practices to keep production lines running smoothly. The position requires basic math and computer skills, plus blow-mold experience.

Training will be provided within 90 days of hire. 2nd shift with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required and comfortable with numbers.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital devices.
• Experience operating blow mold equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold, PET, and injection molding machines and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot process issues and perform minor maintenance to keep lines running.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and quality standards.
• Record production data, monitor line efficiency, and report abnormalities.
• Assist with startup/shutdown and basic line changeovers when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow safety policies and wear required PPE at all times.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor.
