Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Machine Operator for our Allentown, PA facility. You will operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines and related equipment to produce high-quality bottles, while following GMPs and safety policies.

You will troubleshoot issues, perform light maintenance, and document daily production metrics to drive efficiency. Responsibilities include adhering to schedules, ensuring labeling accuracy, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Blow mold experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines (including wheels, reciprocating or shuttle machines) to ensure production of quality bottles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process problems, and perform minor maintenance on equipment.
• Prepare & document daily production reports, including rejects, regrinds, line efficiencies and other.
• Ensure correct labeling, bottle description and packaging per customer requirements.
• Follow GMPs and maintain a clean, organized work area; escalate abnormalities when found.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and participate in safety policies.
