Job summary

TPI is seeking an experienced Bindery Operator for the 2nd shift in Pennsauken, NJ. You will set up, operate, and maintain bindery equipment, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety standards on a fast-paced line.

Qualified candidates have at least 3 years in bindery operation, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to learn camera systems quickly. Flexibility for overtime and weekends is required to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain bindery equipment (Cutters, Folders, Saddle Stitchers).
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform scheduled/preventive maintenance.
• Inspect printed materials for quality throughout production.
• Adhere to safety regulations and operate pallet jacks as needed.
• Work flexible hours including overtime and weekends to meet deadlines.
