Job summary
Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Centralized Biller to enter bills of lading into our internal inquiry system with speed and accuracy.
You will learn industry terms, become familiar with National Motors Freight Classification, and communicate billing issues to the Service Centers while performing audits and handling hazardous materials bills as assigned. This is a 2nd shift role with competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Proficient data entry with high accuracy.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Available for late afternoons and evenings.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Enter bills of lading into Dayton Freight's internal inquiry system with speed and accuracy.
- Learn and retain industry terms as it pertains to billing.
- Become familiar with National Motors Freight Classification.
- Communicate any billing issues to the Service Centers.
- Perform all necessary audits as assigned.
- Enter proper Hazardous Materials bills as assigned.
- Assist Service Centers with any questions relevant to billing.
- Assist in identifying and communicating all issues relevant to billing.
- Review weekly Error Report for feedback and accuracy of corrections.
