Job summary

Dayton Freight Lines is seeking a Centralized Biller for the 2nd shift to enter bills of lading into our internal inquiry system with speed and accuracy.

You will learn industry terms, handle hazardous materials bills, and assist service centers with billing questions while auditing and improving data quality in a fast-paced, late-afternoon/evening role. Qualifications

• High accuracy data entry required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Available for 2nd shift (late afternoons/evenings).

Responsibilities

• Learn and retain industry terms as it pertains to billing
• Become familiar with National Motor Freight Classification
• Communicate any paperwork issues to the Service Centers
• Performing all necessary audits as assigned
• Enter proper Hazardous Materials bills as assigned
• Assist Service Centers with any questions relevant to billing
• Assist in identifying and communicating all issues relevant to billing
• Review weekly Error Report for feedback and accuracy of corrections
