Qualifications

• Must be able to work late afternoons and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Learn and retain industry terms related to billing.
• Become familiar with National Motor Freight Classification.
• Communicate paperwork issues to the Service Centers.
• Perform necessary audits as assigned.
• Enter proper Hazardous Materials bills.
• Assist Service Centers with billing-related questions.
• Identify and communicate billing issues.
• Review weekly Error Report for accuracy.
