Job summary

Dayton Freight Lines is hiring a Centralized Biller in Tempe, Arizona. This position requires exceptional data entry skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, specifically during late afternoons and evenings.

The Centralized Biller will be responsible for entering bills of lading accurately, learning industry terms related to billing, and assisting Service Centers with questions pertinent to billing.

Qualifications

• Fast and accurate data entry of bills of lading.
• Ability to learn industry terms related to billing.
• Familiarity with the National Motor Freight Classification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter bills of lading into the internal inquiry system.
• Communicate any paperwork issues to the Service Centers.
• Assist Service Centers with billing-related questions.

Responsibilities

Centralized Billers are responsible for entering bills of lading into Dayton Freights internal inquiry system with speed and accuracy.

• Learn and retain industry terms as it pertains to billing
• Become familiar with National Motor Freight Classification
• Communicate any paperwork issues to the Service Centers
• Performing all necessary audits as assigned
• Enter proper Hazardous Materials bills as assigned
• Assist Service Centers with any questions relevant to billing
• Assist in identifying and communicating all issues relevant to billing
• Review weekly Error Report for feedback and accuracy of corrections
