Job summary

Proper Beverage Company is seeking a Production Supervisor for our 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2pm–12am) at our canned beverage plant in Michigan. You will lead the production team, oversee packaging lines and filling machines, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across the shift.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of production processes, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience in food and beverage is preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required.
• Solid understanding of production processes and equipment is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet targets and quality standards.
• Plan and monitor schedules and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure safety compliance and promote a culture of safety.
• Enforce quality control measures and collaborate with QA to address deviations.
• Maintain accurate production records and coordinate with maintenance for preventive upkeep.
• Identify process improvements and opportunities for cost savings.
