Job summary

Proper Beverage Company is seeking a Production Supervisor for our 2nd shift at our canned beverage facility in Michigan. You will lead packaging lines, coordinate a team of technicians, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency on the floor.

You will monitor schedules, minimize downtime, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure consistent production targets and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience in food & beverage is a plus.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of production processes and equipment; knowledge of quality control.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production activities, including packaging lines and filling machines.
• Lead and motivate a team of production technicians, providing guidance and training.
• Monitor schedules and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Ensure safety, SOP compliance, and quality control across the shift.
• Maintain production records and collaborate with maintenance, planning and QA.
