Responsibilities

• Support daily treatment programming and client engagement.
• Assist with client intakes and admissions process.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication logs.
• Monitor client safety and adherence to schedules.
• Provide crisis intervention and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Facilitate or assist with group activities and programming.
• Monitor medication line and observe for safety/medical concerns.
• Follow treatment plans and support client interventions.
