Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) for the Lake Ariel, PA facility to join the day shift on a full-time basis. You will support clients during recovery, maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, and assist with admissions and treatment activities.

Full-Time | Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

About the Role

Silvermist Poconos with Pyramid Healthcare is seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join our team on the day shift. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting clients throughout their recovery journey by fostering a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily treatment programming and client engagement
• Assist with client intakes and admissions process
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication logs
• Monitor client safety, including bed checks and adherence to schedules
• Provide crisis intervention and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment
• Facilitate or assist with group activities and programming

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Previous behavioral health or mental health experience is a plus (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
• Experience facilitating groups or activities preferred
