Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/shipping/receiving/logistics is required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Attention to detail to spot defects and uphold quality standards.
• Must complete a job skills assessment after a passing interview.

Responsibilities

• Follow production schedules to minimize scrap and spoilage.
• Visually inspect equipment and clean components as needed.
• Monitor temperature, meters, valves, and adjust settings.
• Operate forklift or pallet jack to move ingredients and pallets.
• Open ingredient cases with knives and small tools as required.
• Record data on batches, ingredients, and lot codes.
• Assist in cleaning equipment and transferring finished products.
