Job summary

Kraft Heinz Davenport is seeking Production Team Members for a fast-paced, safety- and quality-driven food manufacturing environment. You will work in a refrigerated plant, handling raw meat and maintaining rigorous standards throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include processing, sanitation, documentation, and teamwork across 2nd or 3rd shifts. Valid ID, reliable transport, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• 2+ years of continuous prior employment preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Able to stand for full shifts and work in cold/wet environments.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Process and handle raw meat including beef, pork, and poultry.
• Follow safety and quality directives to maintain product quality.
• Troubleshoot to minimize downtime and maintain cleanliness.
• Perform sanitation duties and complete regulated documentation.
