Job summary

Kraft Heinz Company in Mason, OH is hiring a General Helper / Machine Operator for the Liquid production area. Responsibilities include supplying materials, operating packaging lines, and maintaining safety and quality standards while supporting a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Starting pay is $23.17/hour with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be available to work all shifts including second, third & weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry 25 – 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Outstanding attendance record.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to call out defects and adhere to Quality standards.
• Achieve qualified score on job skills assessment, to be administered after receiving a passing interview score

Responsibilities

• Transport packaging material and/or food ingredients from/to areas where it is needed utilizing a pallet jack, forklift, or other transport equipment.
• Ensure equipment is safe and in proper operating condition.
• Supply all needed raw materials & supplies to the packaging lines.
• Monitor scheduling and ensure materials are available when needed.
• Label finished cases with correct labels and move to staging areas.
• Record tracking numbers and ensure correct packaging components.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow safety policies.
• Operate packaging machines and perform light machine adjustments.
• Complete machine set-ups, changes overs, washouts and roll changes.
• Assist with paper work such as production orders and downtime sheets.
