Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and write English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good math and record-keeping skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-motivated with ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to climb stairs and lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.
• Previous baking, food manufacturing, or quality assurance experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Bake and evaluate samples of bread, pizza, and cookie dough for quality and consistency.
• Document bake-off results using an electronic tablet and communicate issues to management.
• Assist with hourly quality checks and support FSQA activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area in line with food safety standards.
• Collaborate with Production and Sanitation to support plant operations as needed.
